Intuition Low Rise Bubble Hem Midi Skirt

The lining of this skirt runs quite tight! I listened to the other reviewer who said this runs really large and went with xs. I usually wear a size 2 which could be xs or s depending on the brand. My waist is 26 but I do rounded have hips. So if you have hips do not size up. It’s not the outer skirt that runs small but the inner lining. It’s like sausage casing. It’s even tight around the knees, making it hard to walk in despite the fact that there’s a poofy bubble skirt on the outside. The cut makes it so you cannot pull it up around the waist it sits on the hips.
