looks elegant

I am a petite, so the length is around 2 inches above my knees. I wore with a black tight. The size is almost perfect. I wanted comfortable so I sized up. The material looks elegant. I removed the satin bow and wore 2 pearls strands in stead. Got many compliments in a birthday patty!
