What it is: A rainbow, holographic glitter gel top coat. Use it over any gel nail polish to add some sparkle to your manicure!
Vegan, cruelty-free and 9-free, Le Mini Macaron’s "Glitter Utopia" Gel Top Coat cures in only 30 seconds with an LED lamp.
How to use:
1. Shake well before use.
2. Open the bottle and wipe the brush against the inner edges of the bottle neck, removing excess gel from the brush.
3. Apply a thin layer covering the entire nail.
4. Place your finger in the LED lamp and cure for 30 seconds.
5. Repeat for all other fingers and you're done!
