My favorite jeans
I’m 5’4” and these hit at my ankle. They are the best jeans I’ve ever owned. I look bad in straight jeans if they are at all baggy, but don’t want skinny either. These are a great middle ground and very slim throughout, but with a wider leg opening at 7” that doesn’t flare. The rise is perfect, length perfect, they don’t stretch out, I never have to pull them up like I do with Mother jeans I purchased at the same time. I was looking for a dark blue pair with dark stitching that had a real hem, so I’m so happy to have found all this plus great fit with the thunderstorm wash.

Not High Rise
Runs slightly small and definitely it high rise. I have mid rise higher than these. About 1.5-2” below belly button.

Not ripped
These jeans fit great, but they were nothing like the picture or the video description. Nothing about them was ripped and they were longer than they look or should be. The name of the gene is very misleading!

Nice jeans but less cropped than they appear
Great jeans. The Thunderstorm jeans have a nice polished look that is great for the office and a chic nighttime look. My only complaint is that they aren't as cropped as they appear on these tall models. They show a little ankle on me and I'm 5'5''. I wish Nordstrom and clothing makers would use average size models so that more women could get a sense of how they will actually look on them.

Definitely size down
I’m 5’ 1” and these hit right at my ankle. The other reviews are right they are stretchy and comfortable, cute, but I ordered the wrong size. I’m usually between a 28 and a 30 and ordered a 30 because the 29 was sold out, and alas they are too big

These are great fit for straight jeans and sized well. They go up to just below my belly button and hit around ankles. Really comfortable I hope to wear a lot

too stretchy but great color
The color and texture of this Jean is wonderful, but I think the Jean is too stretchy and therefore my size feels way too large!
