wrong item was sent
I had originally purchased a cream jacket but once I got the package I received a green jacket. I spoke with someone and they told me to return it and that I would get my refund. I returned the jacket, the wrong jacket that their shipping team clearly made a mistake on shipping. They received the jacket back but refuse to do anything about it even tho I spoke with someone over the phone about having to return the wrong jacket to begin with. Well I never received my refund and I don’t have a jacket. I’m out 143 dollars and no jacket. Definitely not ever ordering from Nordstrom or Nordstromrack

Quality is good but the coat runs small around shoulders. Returned twice looking for the right size. I’m a
Size 8M 5”7 and 132 lb. Neither M or L fit around the shoulders. Can’t even think about layering.

Nice coat, but too small
Overall, the quality is good and jacket is beautiful. But it runs very small. Very tight in the shoulder area and definitely can’t wear layers inside.
