Large Yara Faux Leather Shoulder Bag

They sent me the wrong product. They left this picture and sent me a cheaper product.

I ordered this as my new work tote bag and was excited when the large Nordstrom shipping box arrived. So disappointed to instead find a tiny 5-inch ugly JWPEI plastic looking blue bag instead of the large brown tote laptop bag I ordered. Mind you they shipped a tiny bag in a 16x24 sized box with nothing else in the box. Another reviewer here shared the same experience. If this is being shipped by@JWPEI, are they so desperate to make a sale that they’re just now shipping out anything?!! Where’s the QA process on Nordstrom’s part?! And of course by now the bag I ordered is no longer available.

I ordered this great looking brown bag but was sent a tiny mini version in blue. Will be returning. Nordstrom, please do better.

I just received both these bag in black and brown. Its a gorgeous bag. I love how its an east west bag and very spacious. Its an affordable peace. But unfortunately it is not for me. Im 5'4" about 138lbs and it looks to big on me. I wish they had a medium size for this bag. I will be returning both and hoping they have a medium size available soon.

I got this in person unexpectedly and I love her so much and it’s the “cheapest” bag I own. Although faux leather I love the quality of the bag. Such a perfect daily bag and o love the slouch it gives.
