Ridiculous strap inside the bag
The bag is generally nice looking, size is quite big, the straps are good but very Inconvenient, it is linked inside the bag to the split part and so once you open the bag flap the straps (4 very large chains) hang from the mid section preventing a very easy access to the back section.

The strap ruined it for me..
The bag is absolutely gorgeous—no denying that. However, the way the strap is designed makes it difficult to carry. It feels heavy and gets in the way when you're trying to close it or adjust it. If there's anything tall nearby, the strap tends to get caught, which can be really annoying 😑.
