Segal City Dry^™ Waterproof Tall Boot (Women)

To begin— I spent almost $500 in 2 pairs of shoes in last 2 weeks from Nordstrom Rack and both were awful. The first pair were soiled on the bottom and scuffed on top of leather. This pair was folded in half and stuffed in a box they had to force closed ( this is a $375.00 pair of knee high boots). I was further shocked that the zipper was obviously damaged. That’s fine. It is what it is. But, I won’t by shoes from Nordstrom Rack again. Too many other players out there that care about taking care of their customers and not sending them used and damaged shoes.

I'm glad I didn't let the prior review influence my purchase decision. I love La Canadienne boots, they are my favorite brand for boots! Inside the packaging box, the boots were in a plastic bag and not a shoebox, but they were in perfect condition. I wiped them down with some leather protector as I always do with my boots and they look perfect. To get a boot at such a high discount from a brand that rarely discounts, I could care less if they come in a La Canadienne box. I love these boots and I will be wearing them all winter. I sized up because I am between sizes and I'm glad that I did. I can dress them up with a skirt or dress or I can wear them with jeans and a turtleneck. They are very versatile and very high-quality, beautifully made boots!
