Nice boot
They’re definitely warm and look as pictured. Got my usual boot size and my heel slips out a bit while walking and there is no way to tighten the boot to fix that so I think they run slightly big. I have to say though that it is disappointing to spend almost $300 on a pair of boots only to receive them in a cheap plastic bag and no box. Nordstrom Rack really has to do better with this kind of thing because it happens often, especially with shoes.

Love these boots, great looking, warm and comfortable, i have high arches so wish they had more arch support but not a deal breaker, true to size if I wear a thin sock, the shaft is soft and not structured
