Island Goddess Halter Bikini Top

Needed a new suit I love La Blanca always buy the sale suits! Today I splurged and got the color and matching bottom! I needed a good comfortable suit! This was amazing ! The top fit perfect love the lil runch bottom too! Ty La Blanca for making quality pieces that cover up what doesn’t need to be showed ! Love Splurge! Life is short!

I have purchased this bikini several times in a variety of colors: pink, hot coral, teal, navy, green, etc. The darker colors like navy and green do fine. The lighter teal, pinks and corals fade really quickly. I keep re-purchasing because I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. Faded after I machine washed, so on the next one I purchased I only hand washed with a tiny bit of woolite. Faded by going into a chlorinated pool, so the next one I purchased I only wore when I was in fresh water (lakes and rivers), but that one faded too anyway. I love the way this suit looks but it’s basically fading if it gets wet at all and is therefore disposable after wearing about 5-6 times.

This suit is incredibly flattering, I was in love with the fit and color. After 1 wear for about an hour in a hot tub - the blue looked as though it had been sun bleached and was years old. I even rinsed it with cool water afterwards. I was in the mountains, no sun, a salt water hot tub, and no one else’s suits did this. I can’t explain my disappointment. I will attempt a return. Apparently this suit is good for sitting around in, but don’t actually get in the water with it.
