Great shorts, not to long, not to short, they do run big so if you are between sizes you should size down.

A winner
This is my second denim shorts from KUT and again I love them. I’m usually a 4 or 6 in other brands but in KUT shorts I’m a 2 and even have a smidge of room to spare in the waist (which is why I have 4 not 5 stars). I’m 5’3” and 130 lbs athletic build and these fit great on my legs. Not too tight and not too short. Very excited to have a basic pair of denim shorts for the summer that I like.

Ordered a 28, which is my normal size. These were big. Returned. Madewell seems to consistently run a size large. My waist actually measures 28.

Love these shorts, not too short, love that they aren’t distressed, and a great color. Run a bit on the large size. I run in between 4 and 6 so went with a 4 and they fall slightly lower on my hips.
