Poor Quality
LOVED this bag for the whole 6 months that it looked good! Love the size and the color and got lots of compliments on it! Sadly, within 6 months of purchase, the metallic leather on the handles completely wore away. I contacted Kurt Geiger though the website and was told to contact the department store where I bought it - 6 months earlier. Not surprisingly, the store politely and obvioudly told me that the manufacturer should address this issue. I contacted KG online again and they basically said too bad and closed my ticket. I have never had a problem so quickly with a handbag and also a bag producer that does not offer a repair option for a defect. If you're ok spending this much for a 6 month bag, then it's great. Just don't expect any longevity with this one.
