Such a sexy heel! Love the design & the signature Kurt Geiger eagle. Definitely glad I sized up a full size though.

Damaged/missing parts
I ordered this heel online only to receive heels one of which was missing the ankle strap and the eagle head, the other one had the ankle strap that did not belong to this heel and had missing eagle head. How can this happen?! Nordstrom is a reputed brand and mishaps like these will take the name down, it’s an expensive foot wear and a brand and now it’s not even available in my size online. I really wanted them and now I only hope they take the damaged goods back. So disappointed!

A failure
beautiful shoe but comfortable. This shoe is meant for curbside drop off and pick up. lost the strap after taking off (the strap can easily slip off due to the weight of the Eagle

Would have been great, except it was sent missing the ankle strap and charm. The return policy for items damaged expect you to drop off at the nearest brick and morter or pay to return it
