Very upset
I received this bag missing both the strap and the small pouch. I specifically bought it for that strap, but the part I liked most wasn’t even included. The packaging was also very poor—just a thin plastic bag, worse than something from a flea market. I’m very disappointed and quite upset. If it hadn’t been over-promoted, I wouldn’t feel this frustrated. The product looks much worse than advertised and is incomplete, so now I have to waste my time returning it. 😡😡😡
