The boot arrived dirty the heels are stained with black dye possibly from the shoe box because it’s black. The fabric looks low quality and scuffed, looks cheap for the price. I ordered 9.5 but could have ordered my normal size 9M. I f you have wide feet these boots may be uncomfortable they feel narrow
