Arrived damaged and scratched
Very bad experience.
The bag arrived in unacceptable condition. The bottom is scratched, marked, and clearly damaged. It does not look new at all and honestly looks like a used or previously handled item.
I am very upset because I expected a new product, but what I received was disappointing and careless. Quality control should have never allowed this to be shipped.
I would not recommend this item based on the condition I received.
