One star for its beauty. This bag has two magnetic type of snaps under its flap that are absolutely weak and useless. Also, the design of the flap closure is aggravated even more by the sliding chain handle, which puts additional pressure on the flap so it's not only difficult to manually lower the flap, but also makes it impossible to snap it shut. The sliding chain design promotes the tendency for the flap to "want to remain open." Poor closure and handle design. Also, if you can't close the bag and walk around with its flap unsecured, it's very noticeable since the flap will rise up and reveal the snaps. I will be returning this. What a disappointment.

Never received my package and was treated like my package or money don’t matter. Package was stolen and no one cared!!! You all just take peoples money and have no care in the world. I informed the company my package showed delivered but was not on my porch. And all the company could tell me is, it was delivered and pick up in the store moving forward. Then they stop responding to my emails. Horrible Customer Service! Worst service I have ever dealt with!!
