Also, the design of the flap closure is aggravated even more by the sliding chain handle, which puts additional pressure on the flap so it's not only difficult to manually lower the flap, but also makes it impossible to snap it shut. The sliding chain design promotes the tendency for the flap to "want to remain open." Poor closure and handle design. Also, if you can't close the bag and walk around with its flap unsecured, it's very noticeable since the flap will rise up and reveal the snaps. I will be returning this. What a disappointment.
