Kensington Pump Platform Sneaker (Women)

Shoes are beautiful they look like just like in the picture. They fit perfect and they’re not as light as regular sneakers but still comfortable,however, when I received the order today the shoes had some stain at the platform. and the shoe ties were stained too.I’m not sure if they were returned or they were tried on around the store.I called customer service if they could reduce anything, but they said no, unless I can return it the order..
