Crochet Crossbody Bag

Got this for my bday as I thought it was so cute and after 1 use it fell apart. I returned it and since I had been wanting this for a while my boyfriend purchased it for me on eBay again and after 3 uses it has now fallen apart again. Reached out to Kurt Geiger customer service and nothing can be done. So save yourself the effort and the money and find a different purse.

I was really excited about my Kurt Geiger bag, but unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. I wore it just once and the plastic chain broke. I expected better durability from a brand like this. To make matters worse I found that it was impossible to repair, which is really frustrating. I love the design, but I can’t recommend this bag based on my experience.
