SLOOOOOW SHIPPING

Ordered 6 days ago for cold weather & they have not left the warehouse yet. I worked for Nordstrom for 7yrs. This is not the Nordstrom way, standard Nordstrom or The Rack. What happened to your customer service, which is an enourmous part of your success? Really disappointed.

Ugg slippers

Good quality shoe. It wasn’t as comfortable as I expected it to be. I have a set of UGG boots and the fleece inside of those is a lot thicker and more cushion. My foot seems to slip up and down on the back of the shoe.Overall, it’s a very nice looking shoe. It’s a little stiff when you first get it and I believe it will break in overtime.
