Easy to install
Very easy to install, the water feels softer. I like it so far but I’ve only had it installed about 3-4 weeks. Not sure about visual results either my hair and skin yet. It seems to be better but it’s slow progress. Happy so far.

Broke after 6months
Love everything about this except the fact that it was short lived. I’m just coming up on the 6month mark & the arm completely broke & cracked open that attaches to the shower spout. Pretty disappointing so going to have to get rid of it because all the water comes out at the top & defeats the purpose of a shower filter altogether.

Love it, but it unfortunately cracked during first use
Really love what this filter is doing for my hair, but the top of it cracked during the first use. Since then, we've tried taping it to keep the water from spraying all over, but it's not good enough. Would love to get more filters but cannot afford to buy a whole new unit. Really disappointed that the material was flimsy enough to break during the first use...

Not sure it makes a difference
Can’t really say it makes a difference in the quality of my water, but maybe because I already have a whole house water filtration system, but I can say that this thing is pretty flimsy. When screwing it some part from the inside cracked, good thing my husband had something similar in his tools and changed it.

Disappointment in filter replacement!
I have had for 6 months, It’s great until I had to replace filter!! Can’t get the filter cover off! I have tried everything I can think of, including a Pipe wrench! Ready to remove and toss!

Useless without replacement filters
I really enjoyed the shower filter for the first three months, until I needed a replacement filter and they are not available anywhere. There are not even available on this website. My color is fading fast again and my skin is dry and itchy, which was greatly reduced with the filter. But without replacements, I am now going to have to find a different filter that has replacements. Very disappointed.
