How to use: Place the headband on your head, ensuring the back of your hair drapes over the band. Also, be sure the extensions are on the outside of the headband. Divide dry or slightly damp hair into two sections. Wrap each section around the wired extensions and twist and tuck the ends to secure. Go about your workout, errands or daily routine. When ready, unwrap for soft, natural bends and waves—no heat required.

I don't really get this

All the influencers you see using this, if you search for reviews, have super long hair. Even for their long hair, it seems to only curl the bottom half of their hair, and it looks strange. It also seems impossible to figure out how to use this effectively for shoulder-length hair. I have experimented with putting the tails at the top of my head rather than at my neck, but wrapping hair around the tails is extremely frustrating. I was drawn to the idea of a headband that could style hair and keep it out of my face while exercising, but it doesn't work well, and I regret this purchase.

Cool Idea

Maybe my hair is just to thick but I didn't think my hair was that thick but i left it in for 14 hours and my hair was soaked when i took it out. Maybe i did it wrong and thats why I did 4 stars because it could have been user error.

Pleasantly surprised

I didn't realize when I bought this that the long bands hanging down from the headband have bendable wiring. That's going to make the curl hold so much better! It's still soft enough to be comfortable. Great design!

Not for all hair types

Love the idea and it could work well for some people. Unfortunately it did not for my wavy, thick, dry, and frizzy hair. The fabric is soft and the headband fits nicely, but the fabric made it so my hair never fully dried (even after wearing it 8+ hours) and I constantly needed to readjust it because my hair slid out of it. Unfortunately not great for all hair types.
