Disappointed with KITSCH
I spent a lot of money thinking this would be such a great product. Honestly, I was influenced on Instagram. Now I know why only one percent of people return the product. You aren’t allowed to unless it is unused and you have to pay shipping back. I gave them two chances to respond to my emails voicing my displeasure. The shower caddy would not stick to my wall. When I put the shampoo and conditioner on my shower rack, it would drip on the floor. The smell was not the amazing smell the influencers promised it would be. The dry hair shampoo smells so awful. I would never spray it in my hair. I spent way too much for a product like this.

I absolutely love this shampoo and the conditioner as well, my hair looks, feels and smells amazing! I color my hair and have noticed other shampoos quickly fade away my color NOT this one!

Makes my sliver and white hair shine
I love this toning bar. I have naturally silver and white hair and it tends to get a little brassy looking but this purple toning bar eliminates that brassy look. Leaves my hair in great condition and fuller than it is when I use ordinary shampoo and conditioner. Love it.

What a Difference!
My husband and I tried this product lately along with the conditioner. I am 75 and my hair has been turning dry. Nothing seemed to help until I used this product. After the very first use my hair is now soft again, and the bars will make travel easier as well. Thanks!

Free travel container, Welcome kit ads
I truly love this product; it makes my hair feel so much softer. However, after purchasing I received an ad for a free Welcome kit. Then, I came back to purchase items for my daughter and granddaughter and once I paid, I the received an ad for a free travel container. Is it normal to purchase an item and THEN receive a promotion for free that you just purchased?Very disappointing.
