Kids' XRAY Lace-up Boot

Tbh I hate to leave a bad review because they didn't charge shipping and it came pretty quickly. However I've ordered this same shoe size 2 times before this and it came in toddler instead of big kids. I've talked to customer service twice tried to order a larger size in big kids as well as the size I already ordered and they still came too small. I returned the first 2 orders and the lady behind the counter told me it must be a glitch in the system but after 2 times I feel like they should've fixed the problem by now and customer service should've had a note or flag in the system about that particular item. But no third time ordering it and trying to work with the rack on every level I could and still got the same pitiful problem. I hope no one else had to deal with this problem this holiday season.
