18 month Daughter is a 5 shoe size. We ordered the 5 in this sandal and it was about 1/2 inch smaller in length compared to her other shoes. Also the width was small.

Poor product quality
I love Keane shoes and unfortunately these were very uncomfortable for my little one. He would get bad blasters on his little Achilles and the back of his heel because they were cut so low.
