Extremely difficult to put on
The shoelaces on this shoe are fixed too tightly, making the shoe feel narrow and difficult to insert the foot. There’s no way to loosen or adjust the laces, which causes my son discomfort when putting them on, we actually had to stop using them. The size fits great once the shoe is on, but the struggle to get them on just isn’t convenient for either a parent or a child.

Disappointed at quality
Excited to receive these shoes, but notice stitching came undone on one of the shoes. It’s either the quality of the shoe itself, or Quality Control at Nordstrom not noticing the flaw. Either way, I am returning these shoes.
