Poor condition

The boots are cute and the color is really nice. However, the boots were sent with a security tag still attached and just haphazardly thrown into a large plastic garbage bag. Usually, shoes that I’ve ordered in the past come in the manufacturer’s box. The boots also had a weird odor.

Cozy and cute! Not the original though. Okay, I didn’t realize this isn’t the original UGG brand from Australia of handmade sheepskin shoes. This was a competitor who makes it cheaper in China.
