Place an order online for pick up half an hour before the store even opened. Walk-in with zero direction of where to go wait in the checkout line just be told I had to walk to the back of the store to the fitting rooms for a pick up order. The order is not ready. They can’t find it. Waste of 20 minutes waiting. Had another lady walk up for her pick up order that was placed online this morning before the store opened and hers was ready. Make it make sense.
