Absolutely a mess!!!! Regret buying.
This was not a good buy. The zippers are not good. I attempted to use the suitcase but the zippers tore and I couldn’t use it. Had to revert back to my old suitcase that I’ve had for years. Poor quality. The tote didn’t use. I returned both items as they came as a set.

Somewhat satisfied
I had tried to cancel the order after reading the reviews but was unable to.The material looks a bit cheap ,the hardware handle material is flimsy . I thought it would have been metal but it is not. The sipper for the inside compartment for the clothes was missing the grip piece. It is nice looking set but looks more like silver than gold but that’s ok. I hope that it doesn’t fall apart when I use it for the first time. I t definitely would not withstand being tossed recklessly by airlines staff.Prayerfully it fits overhead storage on the plane.
