Looks Great!
I'd bookmarked this suitcase and found it on other sites for cheaper. But worried they were knock offs because they came in an array of colors -- not just black and rose -- and had bad reviews about wheels falling off and zippers breaking after one use. Anyway, I decided to take a chance and buy this directly here and had no such issues. I went to the UK and traveled every other day. Dealt with cobblestone and other obstacles. The suitcase held up. Looks great and makes me feel like a stylish traveler.

A horrible piece of trash
I bought this luggage about two weeks ago before starting my exciting Europe trip. I hand carried this luggage all the time. Only 5 days into my trip, the zipper part started rip to a visible hole. I had to replace it with a new luggage to continue my trip and throw away this $110 purchase. I wrote an email to Nordstrom customer service about the situation but no one responded. Very disappointed! Please do not buy it. I have traveled often and used many different luggages. I have never seen such a low-quality garbage! I tried to upload the photo but the website doesn’t allow me to do it now.

Broke immediately
Bought this while on vacation to use as a checked bag on the flight home. When grabbing the handle to put on the scale at the airport, the handle separated from the bag. We didn’t even have the bag for 24 hours before it broke upon first use. I would give it zero stars if that was an option.

Poor quality
I bought this less than a year ago, it has been used on one flight and two trips. It has never been stuffed to the point it can not close and in multiple spots the stitching in the zipper has opened. Very poor quality would not recommend, spend your money on something else.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SUITCASE!!!!
Do not buy this suitcase!! I purchased this suitcase and the very first time I used it, the zipper separated from the suitcase leaving a gaping hole. I immediately returned it and bought the same one again online. After only one use, the same thing happened. Now, I must try and return this one and hopefully Nordstrom will give me a refund!
