Definitely urban
The gray heather cloth gave a tidy appearance, and being synthetic and fairly heavyweight, seemed likely to be non-wrinkling. Stretch, comfortable despite a fairly close fit, Inseam had to be adjusted.
Once back from the tailor, I decided to use the new pants for a week in London. They seemed likely to stay tidy, likely not to get soggy in wet weather, and amenable to washing in the hotel sink if need be. Worked splendidly: four nights in theaters, outdoor sightseeing in rain, Underground, Blenheim Palace, Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew, whatever. Didn't bother to use the backup pants. I should have bought a second pair.
I hadn't heard of Mizzen + Main. I'm impressed.

Product good, color disappointing
I’ve used these pants before. They’re reliable and good quality, but the oatmeal color pictured is far different from the product in person.
The pants in the color oatmeal are far darker toned in person. The picture should be adjusted to reflect the true color of the pants.

Great pants
Bought these for a wedding and they worked out great. Closer more contemporary fit than the suit pants I had. I’m a 32 but needed a 33 in these pants.
