Warm, well proportioned for women
Yes, built for women! I was in the market for a new *warm* puffer with synthetic filll (I'm allergic to down). This coat really fits nicely with a defined waistline. You do not look like the Michelin man in this coat. The arms are long and the length of the coat is great. Another wonderful feature: the neckline is high so the wind does not get into your back or under your hairline- a real plus for those of us with long necks and/or short hair. So, no need to wear a scarf except on the coldest of days. The hood has a tightening and locking set of ties so you preserve your peripheral vision. You can board, ski, hike or just get around in this coat. I haven't washed it yet so the jury's out on how it will bounce back so stand by on that.
