Clasp broken upon opening package
The clasp was broken when my granddaughter opened it for her birthday. Unfortunately, I bought it 3 months before her birthday, so it no lonter qualifies for return. This is the problem with online shopping...we can't see the product. I should have examined it when I received it, but just assumed it was ok. My granddaughter has several pieces of Kendra Scott jewelry, so I thought this piece would be perfect. What a disappointment. This will make me think twice about ordering anything online.

No yellow KS box or pouch.
The necklace is nice but I bought it as a gift so it is a HUGE bummer that it doesn’t come in the nice box. All the other KS pieces I have bought from Nord Rack have come in the box.
