totally worth it!
Purchased these for Hawaii. We knew we would be doing hikes and waterfalls and I wanted something that would protect my 9 year olds toes and be comfortable for a 12 hour day. She loved them and never complained about her feet once!

Not Up to Keen’s Usual Quality
My 3.5 yo has been wearing the shoes for only 2 weeks and the rubber sole is already separating from the upper. I have had keen boots in and shoes that have lasted years. 2 weeks of wear and these are already starting to fall apart. These are definitely not up to Keen’s usual quality.

Low quality outer sole
I got these shoes for my 10-year old. Our family loves Keen products and their quality, but this one was a big miss. I was very disappointed in how quickly the outer sole wore, to the point that a hole formed (I could touch my son’s sock). My son had these for less than 6 months and didn’t even wear them hiking or on rough terrain. We even alternate his shoes to extend their longevity. The upper is nice, and we appreciate the velcro closure; however, this poor quality wasn’t what I expected from Keen and to have spent $50 on these was a waste.

My kid loves them. They are easy to clean, sturdy, and flexible at the same time, and the front toe cover is excellent.

Long Lasting Shoe

Shoes are falling apart
I have purchased the shoes for my son in July and they are completely destroyed by the end of the year. The sole has holes and the side of the shoes is long unglued from the bottom. In the past Keens were tough shoes that can last for some time, but now the quality is poor.
