I was charged twice for the sunglasses. The first cashier was rude and didn’t apologize for the double charge. Also I tried to use this gift card at the store today and they said that the access number being scratched is sometimes a fraud but I said I got it as a gift for Mother’s Day but when I called the lady on the phone said that this is a common issue with the access number on gift cards. Nordstrom Rack is Southcenter is the worst in terms of double charges. I am so glad I check my receipt each and every time I shop at thus particular Nordstrom Rack.
