both strap buckles came unscrewed
My first d-ring screw came loose and I caught the pin and glued the end. Then the other side came loose while out and I lost it. Bad d-ring design.

Broke the first time I used it!
I LOVED that bag & was so psyched to use it but the first time I did, the PLASTIC loop that attaches the strap broke! I assumed it was a metal piece but when it broke, I discovered it was plastic. That was a $200 bag with a only 2 crappy, plastic loops to keep it together. Returned it!

Strap Broke
I barely had this for a few months and the handle broke several times. I loved the size of it but, unfortunately, have to return it because the strap keeps breaking.
