blemished bag- definitely a returned item

Upon opening up my package it was clear it has been used. I could see that it had multiple scuffs on the front side of the bag and some on the back as well. It also had a little frayed ends at the bottom near the stitching. There was clearly a return sticker on the tag of the bag as well. And it is final sale, which is a joke.
