Beautiful but zipper doesn’t work
The leather is good quality and the color is lovely, but it took three different staff members at Nordstrom Rack just to get it open. The third had a pair of pliers, which were required to get the zipper at the top to slide. I had purchased this as a gift, so there was no way I was leaving the store with a bag that required tools to open. Unfortunately, I had to return it the same day I picked it up. Hopefully it was just that bag and not all of them.

Zipper failure
I echo another reviewer. The zipper would not open! The color, size, and shape were perfect but I had to return it. The salesperson tried to unzip it but couldn’t get it to budge. Two bags with the same faulty zipper—can’t recommend.

After reading reviews I was reluctant to purchase this bag, but finally I did knowing I could return. Great price and although the zipper was initially difficult, as I’ve used the bag, it has gotten easier. Don’t let that deter you. Great value.

Great bag every day
I’ve had this bag (purchased from KSOutlet) in another color with zero zipper problems. I love the outer pocket for my phone and keys and everything else inside including a small water bottle. I take it to work daily.
