flash glitter tote

I purchased the “grey” - which is a white tote with grey / silver glitter trim. It came well packaged and protected,. It’s really pretty and beautiful quality. I’m almost hesitant to use it because it’s so pristine and perfect. I got a smoking deal and bought it when it was 90% off, so I couldn’t pass it up. I may also order the burgundy color. The white is going to be great for spring and summer or for vacations. Really nice size so it’s practical and just a high quality Kate Spade bag. LOVE!!

Never Received Bag. Said it was delivered, never go a notification of bag being shipped or delivered. Spoke with customer service, and they said it was delivered, Jan 2 and still don't have it Jan 26. they told me they left it in the mail room , and the mail room has specific boxes for residents for package deliveries. followed up with complex and they have not gotten a delivery either. if they just left it in a mail room, its open access to anyone entering the complex. over 100 people in the complex. no notifications of delivery, no contact of delivery, no communication. after speaking with customer service they did say they would look into the item and would refund my money , but this was a gift for someone and now when I go back online to reorder the item they do not have them available anymore. absultely terrible delivery service and communication.
