Missing removable adjustable crossbody strap
I was looking forward to receiving this super cute tote bag. I love crossbody straps and was disappointed to find the strap was missing when I opened my package. I tried to see if another one could be shipped to me but was told it sold out. Wondering why any items would be sold to a customer if it was missing a piece and not sent as pictured/advertised?

It's a beautiful bag but it doesn't hold much. If you put too many items in, it won't close. Not sure I'm keeping.
