Disappointed
I received my order today. The glasses were in an oversized box. Not tissue, bubble wrap or popcorn for protection. Just in there shaking all around. After opening the box the glasses were filthy and scratched. They did not have a sleeve or case. I contacted customer support who in a nut shell said too bad start a refund. Unfortunately, I needed these a s gift for a birthday today. Never again will I use Nordstrom Rack. I'd give 0 stars if it would let me.
