Terrible Pilling
Love the fit, love the style, but soooooo disappointed in the quality. I've worn this sweater once and it looks like I slithered across sandpaper while wearing it. I bought 3 Karen Kane sweaters at the same time and they all look roughed up everywhere where there may have been friction -- between my chest and my coat, my inner sleeve and the side of my torso . . . Don't they test this stuff? I've used a sweater stone and a shaver to try to revive it and it still looks awful. For this price I should be able to wear a sweater more than once and have it look fresh. Shame on Karen Kane. Shame on Nordstrom for selling it.

Love the look, hate the pills
I loved the look and softness of this sweater when I first bought it. After one wear there was noticeable pilling. After two wears, it didn't look nice enough to wear to work. I dry cleaned and the pilling got even worse at the cleaner! Tried a sweater comb and the fibers still kind of pill under that friction. So sad to have bought disposable clothing. 🙁

After only two wears, this sweater exhibits significant pilling and premature wear, despite being composed of recycled polyester. The dry-clean-only care instructions render it impractical, leading to its disposal. I strongly advise against purchasing this item.
