Shinier than the pictures, top is baggy
This ended up being a really pretty dress (nice colors) that is mostly true to size except that the arm openings are pretty baggy. I ordered this for a more casual daytime event though, and it's much shinier than I was expecting so it will probably go back.

After reading reviews I decided to size down and it was a great fit (typically 6, purchased 4). I’m 5’4 and wore with sandals with a 2 3/4” heel which let the dress fall just above the floor.

Nice but returned
I found the dress to be too much material. It’s very blousy on the top half, and the bottom half also had too much material. I was going to an outdoor wedding and both the dress and lining are made of polyester. I would have been way too hot.
It’s unfortunate because I love the material and the style. I agree with others that it’s very long and you would need to wear heels.
