Larisa Soutache Mermaid Gown

The dress itself deserves 5 stars- it’s beautiful, elegant, and classic- would work for many formal and black tie events. It runs small in the hip area for me - a little tight if you’re hippy like me, with a butt, in this area. I’m 5’3 , 138lb, and got a 4- it’s full length but without touching the floor on me and perfect length with even a kitten heel. I prob could have used size 6- but then would have to hem it. But 2 stars off for the shipping. I wish they didn’t just throw it into the plastic shipping bag! No clear plastic bag over the dress, no hanger., no box to retain some sort of shape and prevent beads from falling off. It’s been thrown around in the shipping process all the place. Needless to say I have already beads on my floor after trying it on just once. What’s gonna happen when I actually wear it to my first event!!? I got another formal dress properly packaged. So I wish they were consistent in all their shipping locations and more careful with these types of garments!

I almost returned this classy beautiful dress because it was a little too tight. I decided to keep it because it is a beautful gown. I bought a size 12 because they said size down howver I needed a 14 my usual size because i am very busty. My measurements H 5:4/ B 42 DDD/ W 34/ H 36 / weight 148 I had to alter the length with wearing a 3.5 inch heel just a little I know what I must do lose 2-3 pounds and im good. The sequins on the dress makes it look expensive
