JOURNEE Late Buckle Tall Boot (Women)

I have bought these boots at least every other year and always loved their classy real leather look. This year, I bought them in August and never even put them on because I knew they are always perfect. When it finally got cool enough to wear them, at the end of September, I couldn't believe how cheaply they were made. The material is like cheap plastic and made a crackling sound when I walked. There was no receipt or return label in the box, so it took me a few days to figure out how to return them. They then told me it was past the 30 day return window. I never even wore them, just tried them on. Journee has lost a loyal customer.
