Color shown is inaccurate
The shoe is nice, but the color is not the same as pictured. I was looking for a “gray/brown” color. What I received was a much darker brown.

Beautiful, but narrow
Great quality shoe, but came in way too long and narrow for regular size 9. Sadly will have to return and find a different brand.

color is not matched!
Good quality Chukka boots, color is not what it shows in the pictures. It’s exactly a chocolate dark brown. Probably I’ll keep it.

Misleading description, lower quality
I am very disappointed in the description because it misrepresents the quality line in the J&M family. This IS NOT a leather lined boot which lets you think it’s from the upper end of J&Ms brand. This is a fabric lined boot which puts it in the lower tier of what they manufacture. I would be surprised if this shoe was ever a $175 item. At best it opened in the $149 range. It’s not a horrible boot and $89 is a fair sale but not great price for what it is. I’m just very disappointed in how this shoe was described by Nordstrom because it misrepresents what you are getting.

Size up!
I am a size 8 and sized up to a size 9 so my toes and feet don’t feel constrained but rather comfortable. I am going to wear thicker socks and boom they fit like a glove. Size up!
