Not as special as I had hoped
I have two gorgeous bracelets of John Hardy and love them! Wanted earrings to go with but not 'match.' These are a bit longer than wide with a lovely texture, in line with my bracelets. But there's nothing really special here. His other earrings too do not make my heart sing. Come on John Hardy: you can do better.

very disappointing
I love John Hardy’s jewelry. These earrings did not look like the photo online. They were much thinner, much lighter and an oval shape not round shape. I have chin length hair and you can hardly see the earrings. They were returned. I am very disappointed.

Beautifully defective
I have been a John Hardy fan, particularly of the classic chain collection, and have a necklace, bracelets, and earrings. The hoop earrings fall off. I've lost one earring from 2 different sets. I don't lose earrings. I am careful. JH hoops have poor quality clasps. Looks like they recently changed how they connect. Not any better. I have many earrings, some I've owned for 20 years, with no problems.. These are expensive for sterling silver and have a short life span. You can do better. For the money you should do better.
