The Mia High Waist Wide Leg Jeans

I love the MIA Petite jeans! I own 5 pairs. I’ve been wearing Joe’s jeans for many, many years and love the way they fit my petite body. While the fabrication of the MIA varies between washes, I find this to be a well fitting pair of jeans. I love the stretch and light weight of this wash. They’re great for warmer weather. I prefer the ones with more stretch, as I have curvy buttocks. I cannot wear them with flats, but I prefer heels and can wear this cut with a mid-height. I haven’t had any of my MIA’s altered, I simply adjust my heel height. I wouldn’t expect a pair of wide leg jeans to be cut short enough for me to wear with flats, standing at only 5’, 1/2”. Please don’t stop making this cut and offering the wide selection of washes.

I’m really disappointed in these. I’ve bought multiple pairs of the Mia petite jeans from Joe’s Jeans and they’ve always fit perfectly, which is why this was such a letdown. I ordered these in the “Dedication” wash in my usual petite size, and the fit is completely off. They’re noticeably too long — which has never been an issue for me with this style before. It’s frustrating because I specifically rely on the petite sizing from this brand, and this pair just doesn’t match up with the others I own. For the price, I expect consistency, especially when I’ve had such good experiences with the same style in the past. Unfortunately, these just aren’t cut the same and don’t fit as expected.
