It runs large
I'm typically a size Small in tops and this brand, but this one feels a bit roomy on me (I'm petite, 34B). Its has two layers. The armholes are quite large. I picked it up in gray at the store. I think the shoulder pads would suit someone with narrower shoulders. I kept it because I liked the style, quality, and I can wear it with a tiny tank top underneath.

super weird sleeveless tee with shoulder pads
in the photo it looks like it's just styled tucked in, but this is gathered at the bottom with elastic and has shoulder pads on its sleeve caps. strange choice! didn't work for me.
