Loren Ankle Strap Sandal (Women)

The shoes are absolutely beautiful and the price was excellent especially for a designer shoe. Unfortunately, they run small because I normally wear a 6 1/2 and my toes were hanging over the end of the shoe. So I contacted a representative (don't remember her name) but I spoke with her on May 3rd and she was extremely helpful and very nice. She patiently explained the different ways I could return the shoes and re-order the correct size. I was struggling to find something with the order number on it and she helped me by suggesting the Search option in Google gmail. She walked me through it until I found it. Then she found me a store where I could return the shoes but that store is permanently closed (Santa Barbara) so I plan on mailing the shoes to Nordstroms. And it's nice she informed me that I could go online and print a mailing label and mail it at no charge.
